  Awful experience with their support. Insanely unorganized. Waited TWO HOURS after my scheduled appointment. Complete mismanagement of the workload. This was on a weekday as well. Staff was rude and unconcerned. Losing my faith in Apple support quality and their products.

  I went in to get my phone fixed. No notifications, no communication. They told me they couldn’t repair it and ordered a replacement. That “new” phone worked for two hours before dying. Back I go the next day, thinking they’d actually fix it this time. Instead, I spent four hours in the store. Two of those hours were wasted while staff insisted it was my service provider’s fault (it wasn’t—my provider even confirmed it). They argued, deflected, and wasted my time. Eventually they agreed to replace the phone again… and then left me hanging. It’s been two weeks and I’m still without a phone. In 2026. A basic necessity. 2 weeks later and I still don't have a phone. don't waste your time going there, run to the next apple store near you that isn't Towson. Running to Android after this experience.

  The wait time at this store is terrible. The people working here are very relaxed and distracted (they have small chats with other customers while you are trying to explain the issue with your device). After waiting for 90 minutes, they told me to come back another day to pick up my device. But the issue was not resolved. I had to wait another two hours. In total, I spent almost three hours at the store, plus the time it took to make two trips in traffic to get there.

  TERRIBLE SERRVICE the staff is rude and if you are not buying something they don't want to help!!!! They tell you one thing on the apple app and one thing on the phone but in person its totally different. you then can have all the proof in the galaxy they then tell you it's nothing they can do. if I have an apple phone and I come to the apple store how is there nothing you can do? I was told to leave my phone overnight to get the battery replaced and pick it up the next day after 1:00pm, I turned find my iPhone off and everything.!!! I go back the next day my phone doesn't even go pass the apple logo anymore.! I gave them a functioning iPhone I didn't get that back in return. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

  How to buy a new phone and not to get robbed - survivor experience. So just purchased a new iPhone 17 pro Max. While waiting for the backup to complete a group of 4 teens came in and set close to me. Unfortunately, the sales team in the store did nothing, though the intentions of those kids was clear. They weren't looking on any of the phones in the store, but we're dying my phone while looking back and forth at theirs. 60 seconds after I covered both my old and new phones with my coat, they got up and headed out. One of the sales people was sitting right next to them, talking to another client and didn't take a second to inquiry about their business in the store. The staff won't do anything to protect your purchase. If you are doing business in this store, be vigilant - keep your new purchase safe.
