    Some of the genius bar people are very attitude heavy. They do not fix the issue in device partly because of the newer apple policy and partly because of their attitude that what customer is referring to is not an issue. I hope they get retrained for how to talk respectfully with customer. If their attitude is coming from being over worked, I hope this store leadership hire more people and give them good training in customer care service and how to repair the apple devices.

    Dear Apple, Don’t profile PAYING customers. Got asked a bunch of questions all because I paid for a few phones and picked up the order asking me what the phones were for and whatnot what does it matter they are mine when I purchase them.

    Never come to this service center ever. I had to repair my mackbook air (minor key board issues). 1st day they said it will be done by today. They ran some diagnostic tests and said looks like there is no issues and you dont have to pay anything out of pocket since I have apple care+. I waited for 6hours and then they said they dont have the technician for the day and they have to do it on the next day. I returned hoping that they will fix the problem by next day. But a technician called me on the next day saying they have to order some parts for it. And it will take another 7days. I waited and kept trying to get the update. On 7th day they said that there is some liquid damage after I called for an update. And also said that the 1st technician was working on it and since he went for lunch another person had to take over. And also mentioned that the 1st technician couldn't find any liquid damage but the second one did. Now we have to pay for the service of $299 because there is a liquid damage. I refused to repair as of now but he said that I can take it on the next day. They are stopping the service. I went next day and found now the screen is not opening which was not at all a problem previously. And I had to come back with a bad mackbook. They claim that there might be anything wrong during the opening and checking since we signed the policy it can happen. And they being rude and not willing to make any help. This is my story. Hope you won't fall into a trap like this. They are cheating on the customers. I knew there was no liquids fall on the mackbook. But they did some damage to the mackbook and making customers pay for their fault.

    Absolutely terrible, do not go here. Ignore other positive reviews. The manager Devin is rude and does not honor any agreements. I signed for a repair and when I went to drop it off they raised the price by triple because they screwed up initially. They were unable to answer any questions and I had to speak to over 3 people because none of them know what they are talking about. They completely wasted my time and everybody else’s time and refused to help me at all in the end despite signing for a service already.

    Apple should be ashamed of themselves. I’m a loyal customer, on my fifth iPhone and 3rd MacBook, and they refused to fix a bad/failing screen due to faulty manufacturing because I was 9 weeks past the 12 month warranty. $700 to fix a bad screen that came out of their factory! I couldn’t buy Apple Care at the time of purchase because I had just shelled out $1,600 for a BRAND NEW and PREMIUM laptop and INCORRECTLY assumed that it would last for years as my other two did. Never dropped the laptop, never applied pressure to it, never spilled any liquids, and had it wrapped in a very tough case. The Genius Bar person freely admitted that there was zero damage and it was just a faulty screen, saying “it happens sometimes”. Now I have to pay $700 plus tax to get a new screen installed, and my family will have a very scarce Christmas. I’m going to look into their competitors products and consider switching. I was planning on being an Apple guy for life—they broke my heart and now that’s all changed!
