  It sad this store is closing down and not a lot alternative apple is wrong for this they are not taking accountability for there actions pay the workers more money if your paying 1000 a phone pay your workers

  Walked in place was really busy. Two people were standing around that weren’t there asked them for the 3 m charging cables from Apple. The Internet says they have and they said they don’t have them, but they had the 2 m and so they sent me to another guy and informed me that that Table would take anywhere to 10 to 15 minutes to buy charging cables not very good. The other guy was swamped and the two people i spoke with were just standing around. I left.

  Nehara was one of the most unprofessional and hostile employees I have ever dealt with. From the beginning, she was dismissive, rude, and clearly uninterested in helping me or my group. Instead of taking the time to explain our options or help us choose a phone, she acted like we were inconveniencing her by asking basic questions. She expected us to already know everything and made no effort to provide the kind of guidance that is literally part of her job. When I asked for more in-depth help, her tone became aggressive, and she told me to ‘shop somewhere else.’ That comment alone says everything about her attitude toward customers. Apple presents itself as a premium brand with high service standards, but this experience was the exact opposite. Nehara’s behavior was rude, impatient, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. She should not be in a customer-facing position if this is how she treats people who come in asking for help.

  I had a lot of issues that were very frustrating the first 2 days I was there. I just want to give a shout out to the floor representative Faryab, service tech mike aswell as service tech Vince for being very friendly and approachable. After this frustration my phone is currently being shipped to theyre repair site. All I’m saying is even if you have an appointment please clear your schedule as this process was as stressful as buying a vehicle. 5 stars for the people I mentioned 2 stars for the store in general and that’s due to it being moderately clean.

  I walked in, I’m not sure if they even do appointments but still. I went in to trade in my iPad 9th gen for an iPad Air 13 inch. The process was very fast and simple, the lady helping me was very nice and funny as well! The store was very clean and well staffed! I’m happy with my purchase and experience, I recommend this location!
