- BSBrittany SmithSep 5, 20251.0Made an appointment on a Tuesday for diagnostic and possible lens repair on my iPhone. Waited over 30 minutes after appointment time to be seen. Was told part needed to be ordered and it would take 30 minutes to complete paperwork, so I left and came back. When I returned a couple hours later, paperwork still was not ready, so I waited another 20 minutes. Made appointment for service at a later date, and when I arrived, I was told the tech needed another 1.5 hours to begin service, so I left and came back to drop my phone off. 2 hours later when coming to pick it up, I was told the lens wasn’t fixed and THEY BROKE THE BACK OF MY PHONE. I have to come back yet another time to to get them both fixed…the worst experience. If an Apple product, just go to the Genius Bar.
