  I love the VCA Team from the front to the Dr's. They take very good care of my CoCo and explain everything. They take their time and never make you feel rushed. The front desk checkout ladies are wonderful and they love to hug on my CoCo. I also love that they have Saturday appointments available and they are very accommodating. Very professional. I would recommend VCA in Temple Hills, MD. Thank you guys for being so wonderful.

  My first experience was the vet tech having to stick my small puppy multiple times for one injection. It was as if she had never given a shot before. Then I called on a Tuesday at 345pm to tell them my puppy was vomiting uncontrollably and the first words out of the staffs mouth was “don’t bring him here!” Though they were open until I think 6pm, they had no Vet there to treat any animals. Next my dog had to get fixed and have 2 baby teeth pulled. I was told by the surgeon herself because he was so nervous they would sedate him and do his surgery first. I dropped him off at 0800 and called at 11 to see how the surgery went. I was told that plans had changed, he had been sitting in a cage for 3 hours for no reason, and hadn’t been taken into surgery. I was told I would be picking him up before lunch and they confirmed I could pick him up at 1245. So now it seems they would rush through his procedure, give him little time to recover. The staff is deeply rude, unprofessional and in no way caring or understanding. They told me the wrong time to give him his pain medication, if I had listened to them and not read deeper he could have died. The surgery to get a 6lb dog fixed and 2 teeth pulled was 600$ and they forced us to do blood work before (perfectly healthy animal) that was 350$. Go elsewhere.

  Excellent service, recommendations on our 4 legged family care, and truly seem to love our fur babies.
