One employee today was very rude and dismissive about not being able to help transfer one of our phone lines to a separate plan, nor being able to assist us with removing an Apple Watch from our current plan and then he brushed me onto a different employee and went to lunch. The next employee told me I had to call Verizon for an Admission of Liability, but that they’re not open on Sundays so I would not be able to call. They never mentioned that you can complete these steps completely online/through the app— which is what I ended up figuring out on my own and doing, and they certainly could have assisted with these steps. In regards to removing the Apple Watch from the plan, they also said you had to call Verizon and that they needed to hear the account owner’s voice authorizing the removal of the device, which is also not true. You can do that through the app. Don’t waste your time going into this store. You’d have better luck sitting on call on hold with Verizon customer service to get a reliable answer.
