    I was given an Apple Watch for my daughter to go home with on 9/16 by an agent(who never introduced himself ) and connect to cellular service. Of course I wasn’t able to connect and told to bring it to the store by Verizon customer support. In the store , Ronde helped me and the watch connected to the cellular service for 2 days and then went offline and was only accessible on wi fi which does not help me when I need to communicate with my daughter at school. I then took it back to the store and met with another agent who said I had to call customer support who said the watch was connected to 2 different towers? And reset and the watch had cellular service for a week until it went offline. I went back to the store after I spent an hour and 41 minutes on the phone with customer support who had me unpair and turn of the watch 5 times and then told me to hang tight for a supervisor who never came on after a very long wait. I went back to the store and met with John as I was still not getting any cellular service and he told me that Devin “messed up “ and should have connected the watch to the account - in any case , he then told me I had to reactivate the watch ( I had already paid $40 initially). He then said the watch was put on number share with my cell phone service, though the watch had its own number , and could re do the whole thing but would have to put me on a whole different plan? I’m so confused with why it’s so hard for Verizon to connect a watch to cellular service and has its own number. I frankly didn’t trust John after he put his own colleague under the bus and had to go to another team member to trouble shoot. I then went to another Verizon store in Rockville (apparently it’s an authorized store) and this store is “3rd party”. I will never return here and gladly drive out 25 minutes to Rockville and at this point contemplating my service with Verizon after 8 years not only after an experience like this, but the excessively long wait times for customer support and fairly expensive plans which I can find at a slightly better competitive price point with another cellular service.

    If you go to the Verizon store on 13340 New Hampshire Ave, get Andy. Me and my fam were difficult but he was super nice and extremely patient. He answered all our questions and set us up with all the discounts. Seriously, ask for Andy.

    I had a very disappointing experience with this business. The customer service was unhelpful, and the staff were disrespectful and unfriendly. I did not feel valued as a customer, and my concerns were not addressed properly. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their staff’s attitude and service quality.

    I was highly disappointed today I went there because my daughters phone broke the young lady asked me to go on a website and I asked her to help but she just dismissed me and asked me to go to college park I was very disappointed and they need to train their staff better
