They even want to charge you a 60$ fee to help you set up the new phone you just purchased. I signed up on line - got my phones same day and saved $200 per month from the price they had offered me in store. When declining the extras they become rude and annoyed. This really sucked honestly bc it felt so dishonest.

I went into the store on 11/2/25 and worked with India to resolve all of my issues. India was patient, kind and worked with me until issues were resolved. I would highly recommend working with her and can't thank her enough for all that she did for me that day.

As a secret shopper and small business owner I pondered added 10 lines for my small business. Yet after a brief time with Austin I no longer felt any need . As he chewed gum and told me he is not capable of customer service ( which i knew to be a lie) verizon sets their stores up for success as I own one in Tampa. I let it go. Failure to reconnect with customers with compassion and truly having interpersonal skills is how I built many businesses. Sadly Austin was not there for that. Better training and the basic research on your customers would have landed him a huge commission. I guess looking poor is the asset more millionaires need to be treated without merit. Taking my business elsewhere.
