    Visited the store as we were looking to buy a new laptop. Couldn't get the attention of any employees to help us with this purchase. Many of the laptops advertised on the website, were not available at this store. Ended up buying it online, it was delivered the next day, and because we live across the border in Delaware, we saved the sales tax.

    Went in to buy a phone Jitterbug for a friend that is handicap.. was told they can not hook up these phones and I was on my own.. they made me feel like I was a pain to them.. quess my purchase wasn't big enough for them.. will never go back

    I hadn’t been to Washington St. Pub in about a month, and during the Christmas parade I stopped by for a good cup of coffee. They didn’t have any to-go cups on hand, but instead of turning me away, they actually went to another location just so I could leave with coffee. That level of service genuinely impressed me. While I was waiting on the cups, I ordered an Old Fashioned and told the bartender to surprise me with something solid and flavorful. They delivered. One of the best Old Fashioneds I’ve had in a long time. The only thing I’m curious about is the charge: my card showed a $100 authorization for the visit. I’m assuming it was just a temporary hold for the tab, but I want to confirm I didn’t accidentally order a $100 Old Fashioned. Otherwise, the service and overall experience were excellent.
