She didn't know anything. She told me that I could more information on the telephone customer service. Then she stopped talking to me and waited on another customer.

I can't imagine going a whole day without a phone because that's what i use for work. I met a lady and a guy at the store. The lady in there said she couldn't help because they close at 8pm, and kept insisting there's nothing she can do about it. A whole 30 minutes isn't enough for 2 staffs to assist me. I was so disappointed because I met them literally doing nothing. Wish I could give zero star.
