She didn't know anything. She told me that I could more information on the telephone customer service. Then she stopped talking to me and waited on another customer.

I tried paying my phone bill with Apple Pay and their system failed to complete the transaction. She was extremely rude in helping me get the payment done over the phone and basically refused to help me. I feel strongly that this was racially motivated because the whole time she was talking about me in fluent Spanish on the store phone. Try avoiding this store and their contactless payment system, especially if she’s there.

After getting to the Cricket store to replace it, I also realized that I had left my photo identification in my travel bag. Luzi worked with me to find alternative methods of identification rather than send me away without my phone working. She established my identity and installed and tested the new SIM before returning my phone to me. So delightful to meet an employee so sensitive to my needs and so willing to take extra steps to help me. Good job, Luzi!!
