Akberto ordered the phone to an old, wrong address (after we specified what our correct address was, and watched him enter it in the system) and he ordered the wrong color (I asked for silver). Because it went to the wrong address, I had to chase it down. I opened it up to find the wrong color inside and brought the phone back to the store to exchange it. They said I should not have opened the box, and “should have known it was the wrong color inside,” and now they will charge me a restocking fee. Store manager is the one who messed up and he said to us, “I don’t make mistakes.”
