    Would not recommend… I went to this location to try to upgrade my old device and swap phones and give my child the old device. Originally I had an iPhone 13pro max and for my child bday I gave him my pro max by adding a line and upgraded to a 16 pro. the 16 pro was on a new line so I swapped phones with him. Today I was told it was not possible and I would have to swap phones back leaving me with a 13 pro max for three months until he could get an upgrade. Seemed weird to me so I left and called customer service and was able to get exactly what I wanted with shipping and activation fees waived.

    store hours are listed as open at 9 am. got here at 9:26 and doors are shut and windows shuttered. update your hours and stop wasting people’s time

    I transferred from AT&T to Verizon and at first it was a smooth transition. I was told that Verizon would pay my phone off with AT&T and the sales associate D’Aviyan told me that I didn’t have to trade my old phone anymore and that I could also get a new free line. So I kept the phone and got the new line. Just for me to find out days later that I had to complete the trade in for me to qualify for the “pay off” with AT&T AND I was charged for the new so called “free” line she gave me. I ended up having to go back to the store because it’s impossible to reach someone over the phone, and I spoke with Brian who reassured me that everything will be taken care off (only reason I have 2 stars on here) Hopefully things actually get taken care of…so far not very content with Verizon

    I was a manager at Verizon for the last 2 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Walking in was great I was greeted the way a customer should be and told where to find what I needed, which was a pair of headphones and I said I would like to pay with my Verizon dollars from my credit card, he stated it wasn’t a problem and so I went to the kiosk to do so. It wasn’t working so that’s okay and he sent someone over to help us. I didn’t catch his name a slim guy with long dark hair and glasses. I explained I just wanted to buy the headphones with my Verizon dollars on my account! He said not a problem and tried on the kiosk I informed him it wouldn’t let me sign in due to an unexpected error. I let him know that we could only use the Verizon dollars through our account as the in store pick up also didn’t work and said it was out of stock despite the device being in store. I got out my ID handed it to him, and he didn’t even look at it he went into the account on the view feature rather than authenticating the account. Then proceeded to say after scrolling through my account seeing he couldn’t sell me anything that I’d have to do the order online…. For a pair of headphones…. So I explained that I worked for Verizon and that it was possible to use the Verizon dollars through the account checkout with accessories and he said no I had to do it online. So naturally I left and went to Best Buy to buy my headphones. Don’t waste your time here every-time I come back to this place it’s always someone new and something else horrible…
