  Brian was my sales representative. I have been looking around for home internet and TV package. I purchased a package today because of Brian. He was so helpful-- I will recommend to my friends that they go with Verizon because of the outstanding customer service.

  I have been to this store twice recently. On both occasions I walked in without an appointment. The wait times to work with a person were reasonable and clearly defined. While waiting, I was able to overhear some of the issues that customers bring into the store. The problems presented to the Verizon Wireless technicians were complex and variable. My situation was no different. I was fortunate to receive help from Issac. He was kind, easy to work with, and he worked diligently to resolve my phone issues. Thank You Issac!

  This Verizon Representative Refused to provide his name, I paid him $97.00 on my Visa & $10.00 cash to open two lines on my new Prepaid account he Tipped himself $10.00 refusing to provide me a receipt until I called 911 had Law-enforcement come to the store requesting my receipt to which the Sales rep finally provided. This individual has a tendency to tip himself cash Beware 💵 he is a Thief avoid him at all cost!!!

  Mr. Brian from Verizon at Rockville MD. was just the best representative, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, patient, kind and classy and so easy to work with. This kind of kind person should be recognized and appreciated by the company. Thank you Brian and Verizon. Shahla Blackmon.
