What should have been a simple phone/watch trade-in has become a never ending ordeal. A complete waste of my time. Do yourself a favor and find another location instead of utilizing this store UPDATE: I went to another location and they were able to process our watch trade-ins within 15 minutes, whereas this location would not do it because the associate refused to process the transaction because he did not feel like pairing the watch to look up the IMEI number (his own words). Don’t bother with this store as its obvious other locations will do an infinitely better job.
