    Love the VCA North Rockville. Dr. Anderson and Tara were awesome; they spent a lot of time with me to solve my pet's issues. All of the staff were helpful and efficient. My only wish (minus one-half star) is that the prices for prescription medications purchased at the hospital would be a bit lower, more aligned with online retail prices. Thank you for your great care of my pet.

    I have been taking my pets to VCA Columbia and recently changed to the location in Rockville. I really like their service and Dr. Grace Chan was very thorough with their exams. The only thing that I don’t like is that they told me that they only have a 5 minute grace period and they are pricey.

    Overall care for my pet during each visit has been 5 stars. The reason for the low rating is I recently experienced an extreme drop in hours with my job which of course results in lower take home paycheck. I called the VCA and explained and asked if I could cancel the Care Club plan as it is no longer in my affordability range. I was told the only way out of the contract was to pay over $600. If I had this type of money or even 1/2 of this amount would I really be calling and asking to cancel?! Absolutely zero compassion or caring for customers going through hardship with the Care Club plan. My advice is if you don’t have rock solid employment or a crystal ball to tell your employment forecast for the next 12 months don’t sign up for this plan.

    All of the staff were very nice, especially the vet tech that I had my dog's appointment with. I really appreciated the time and care they took with my dog. He gets very nervous with unfamiliar people handling him, and they did an excellent job.

    This place has treated my animals for over 9 years. They treat every one of my dogs with care and you can really tell the difference it makes in their visits. Shoutout to Dr. Chan, Dr. Anderson and Ms. Adella who have always been so nice to my dogs!
