After an hour trip to the nearest store that would accept my pc I was told only then about the $200 required membership to even see my pc. A waste of time and gas driving and hour there and back for no results. Will not bother with geek squad or best buy for any future purchases or services.

Never acknowledged that they made a mistake. Horrible service, horrible company. Never again I will purchase any service from Best Buy Geek Squad!
