He worked with me and getting money off my bill and even contacted customer service to have my service fee waived due to being a 24 year customer. Thank you Janston! Job well done!

What i do have an issue with is what was sold to the consumer as far as service plan and what the expected bill is is far beyond the quoted amount. We got screwed on our trade in phones and they never put the credit for them on the account and every month since october we have had to explain this situation over and over again. this was a painful mistake. Should have stuck with our previous carrier.

They helped explain everything easily to not only myself but my less that fully comfy with technology mother (in 70s). They helped me set up a business account and made sure I understood all the policies and changeover rates clearly. Both were professional, personable and helped us laugh and not feel lost in the weeds. Updating and dealing with anything phone related is usually hours of frustration and a test in personal patience but not with these two. Even three hours in they both maintained good nature's and patience, making the whole experience vastly easier than previous experiences at other Verizon stores. 5 Stars for Both these guys!! Thank you again!!
