My wife and I visited this location on Saturday, January 3rd, 2026. Since we chose immediately after the holiday season to go, we assumed it would be a long wait with people setting up holiday purchases or returning items. We were pleasantly surprised to see the store was moderately busy, not too crazy, and we were helped in about 10-15 minutes after signing in. We did have a store associate check on us to confirm what we were there for before we were helped by someone.
We were assisted by Ms. Toni, and I would 110% recommend asking for her if you need to visit this store. We had to switch my wife's service from another carrier to Verizon, add her to my plan, and upgrade her device. No small task! Ms. Toni took it on with professionalism, efficiency, and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience or what we needed to do was too much. Ms. Toni took her time to explain everything we needed to make the change happen; my wife was prepared ahead of time and knew what she needed, but did have to make an extra call to get some additional information. When we couldn't get what we needed and realized she'd need a new phone number, Ms. Toni helped us stay calm through this inconvenience.
While we were there, Ms. Toni mentioned several promotions that they had going on. We ended up taking advantage of some of them, such as bundling our existing streaming services and adding it to our monthly bill. This ended up being a very convenient offer and it was a breeze to switch things over!
Ms. Toni gave us some homework to take care of when we left to finalize switching my wife's phone to us, and gave us her business card and said to not hesitate to call her after we left.
Overall, we spent about an hour with Ms. Toni and we were very grateful for her help and insight! Thank you Ms. Toni!
