The location is always dry because the workers suck and don’t wanna be there. I wish they’d get a revision!

In just a few moments and a couple of questions we were on our way. The service was excellent! Dailyn was friendly, polite, and professional. I have been a Cricket customer for years, the $25/line deal is hard to beat. Go see them in Owings Mills!

They said it would be a $15 fee — I said that was fine. After that they made me wait 20 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes with no updates, they said they couldn’t help me unless the account holder was physically present or called in to authorize me. Why didn’t they tell me this right away? I drove 30 minutes in the rain and waited 20 minutes for nothing. Other Cricket stores never required this — and they are much more helpful and professional. This store is inefficient, unhelpful, and disrespectful of customers’ time. I’ll never come back and don’t recommend it to anyone.
