New in the area … decided to chose Best Buy for a washer and dryer… brand new equipment I’m 58yrs old single used it twice the dryer don’t get hot / washer banging noise … I’m disabled sansung ask me to unstack this big washer and dryer or pay $90 only had it 3 wks Jon manager is a joke (he don’t care) I believe anyone using progressive gets differential treatment… FYI customers be aware 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀

Just had an amazing experience with Eric of the GeekSquad at Best Buy of Owings Mills. iPhone was completely locked and he was able to restore it and guide me step by step in how to recover my information. All of this without a scheduled appointment and within the last 45 mins of the evening. Great, quick service. 5/5 stars for Eric and entire store which was very hospitable while I waited.

This Best Buy is just another example as to why these stores are slowly fading away. They have zero concern for their customers time spent went into simply pick up a couple of chargers for a phone and watch. The person asked me when I got over to the Apple section what I wanted I told him he could not find it pointed me to the ““ Mobile section. 5-10 minutes later, I found what I was looking for. Then spent another 10 minutes waiting in line behind two customers. Simply because one of the two cashiers decided to go on break I guess. Basically burned up a half an hour for something that should’ve taken less than five minutes. This is why digital media is taking over. Customer service is a thing of the past at least where Best Buy is concerned and a reminder as to why I rarely shop here anymore.
