    Great location and understanding of any mishaps that happen. Now there is one older worker that seems a bit settled into tenure but around them everyone has good vibes and good energy.

    I was really impressed by how well I was treated by the staff there. They showed the utmost respect for me as a customer. They answered my questions without hesitation and were professional. In a word, they were NICE ! They helped me resolve my issue and took their time to explain things to me. A young man in the computer department, and a young lady in the Geek Squad department were both exceptionally kind and gracious to me. As well as security. It really made my day. Thank Best Buys for hiring such extraordinary people!

    I have been to this location many many times and have always had a good experience. However, Mason is literally the best and most helpful employee there any you are not getting the best experience if you do not use him for advice. I literally bought so many items for Christmas including a new computer and multiple monitors and he was so helpful. Find Mason because he will get you the best bang for your buck and he is always polite and courteous.

    In store pick-up is extremely so. The cashier was nice but it makes no sense that they have to rescan and finally bag every item in the pick order. The order is already paid for why isn’t it already bagged and ready to go? Also, why are there stickers placed all over the products? These items are gifts and you can’t even read/see what the item is. Now if I take the stickers off it will destroy the boxes.

    They said they had the iPad *available*, that’s literally the only reason I bought it. If it wasn’t available, I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Then when I show up to the pick up table, the guy standing there tells me I have to wait *20 minutes*. Cool, whatever, I wait. Twenty minutes pass and suddenly it’s, “Oh actually… we can’t find it” Now they’re telling me I have to go to *another location in Towson* to pick it up. Like what?? Why am I the one fixing *your* mess? I drive all the way there, already annoyed, already tired, and then Towson tells me I have to wait two more hours. Two. More. Hours. At this point it feels like I’m being played with. Do you think I have nothing better to do? Do you think my time is free? Because it’s really giving “we don’t care, just send them somewhere else and hope they deal with it.” This isn’t a favor you took my money already. Be honest, do you see me like a joke or something? Because the way this was handled is ridiculous. Poor communication, zero accountability, and I’m the one paying for it in time, gas, and patience. Y’all play too much, for real.
