  This Store In Owings mills is a Joke! I had first awaited for my car install appt for over a month for Thursday and I Come to find out the installer there Who was the Best around was fired! They will lose so much money due to this. On top of that the Tall skinny beard guy at the front door anytime I came into Shop always has attitude and Smells terribly like Alcoholic!! That is Poor Customer appreciation. This Store Never has Customer service and never can find Help. My Only Service I've never had problem is Geeksquad in home. The management needs to really work on Who they are really firing and Keeping. Choices are terrible

  Had a great experience at Best Buy in Owings Mills today. I was looking for a car stereo replacement, and Trent took care of me quickly and concisely, lickety split! Thanks Trent!! Also, the entire staff was great! I was greeted at the door and ask if I needed any direction or assistance, and when I had a question I was immediately directed to the right person where I was able to quickly make my purchase and set up installation!

  Still love this place, so mad that everything is turning to ecom, the experience walking into Best Buy meeting sales associates telling me about products is amazing.

  New in the area … decided to chose Best Buy for a washer and dryer… brand new equipment I’m 58yrs old single used it twice the dryer don’t get hot / washer banging noise … I’m disabled sansung ask me to unstack this big washer and dryer or pay $90 only had it 3 wks Jon manager is a joke (he don’t care) I believe anyone using progressive gets differential treatment… FYI customers be aware 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀
