Steve was fantastic today was able to lower my plan while getting new phone deal. And was able to transfer all my data even tho my old phone wouldn't come on. Very impressive and I'm thankful. Will be coming here from now on

On one ☝️ occasion they told me I did not have protection in my phone and I would have to buy a new one. I did so and when I got home- I looked at my bill which clearly indicates I had been paying for protection - so took in the bill and proof and was told they would not be able to refund the $1000 for the phone but I'd be able to if I just after at least 20 hours of being transferred, put on hold or told they can't help me-I went back to the store - they won't help me - I'm thrilled to be with T-Mobile
