Popped in today on a whim to see if I could get a deal on a new phone to replace my shattered one. I was very pleased with the help Windy provided. Not only did she answer all my questions (even when I kept bringing up items on my current account that I had forgotten about), she helped me find a good deal on a plan, and also helped set up my phone.

I have gone to the store to fix issues like my voicemail not working and was given so called info for it but it never worked the way they told me to fix it. Also, I have had my phone tampered with and my Sim card stolen and they didnt seem to even care. They did not act or seem concerned abd they barely tried to replace it so that my phone would work properly. I am upset and let down bc I thought they were a good phone service provider. With barely any follow up for me and my family. Who have been long standing customers for years.......ie., I didnt get help with my issue e the phone whatsoever . More like taken advantage of and felt ignored and I was nothing but respectful and explained my phone issue CLEARLY

I came into this Verizon store to pick up an iPhone I had already ordered online. I knew beforehand that I had been listed as an account manager on my mom’s Verizon account and even showed proof of that on my phone. I don’t know if she was the manager, but she was training two younger guys when I came in. I didn’t get her name, but she’s light skinned and on the bigger side. This lady who tried to “help” me was extremely rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. When. She looked into my mom’s account she told me I could not pick up my phone because I was not listed on the account. Even after I showed her that I was in fact listed on the account from my end, she did not bother to properly check the account on her end again. Because of this, I had to leave the store, go back home, try to trouble shoot the account with my mom , and call Verizon customer service. The representative I spoke to was very sweet and confirmed that the lady was wrong. She even stayed on the phone with me while I drove back to the store so she could explain that to the rude lady herself. When I went back and told the lady I had a Verizon representative on the phone, she was still rude and had an attitude, even when she spoke to the representative. She kept saying “her name was not on the account, I don’t know what you want me to do!”. Only for her to wave over the employees she was training and have them check did they finally see that my name WAS on the account the entire time. MIND YOU, this could’ve all been avoided if she had just used simple problem solving skills and looked at my moms account again in the first place. This lady wasted my time and energy and made a simple pickup way more stressful than it needed to be. If you have an attitude, people problems and lack basic problem solving skills, customer service is not the job for you!

Deserves 0 stars. Honestly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. After trying to return a phone purchased AT THIS STORE and confirming with multiple employees I was good to do so and arriving with a receipt and a detailed notes including speaking to an employee from this store (Chris) in advance and with detailed notes in my account, 2 disgruntled employees (including the manager Andy) and a female employee were wholly dismissive, extraordinarily rude, condescending, unhelpful and literally refused to do anything to help. I’ve spoken to 5-6 cellular sales locations (including one in Alpharetta, GA) as well as Verizon Corporate and they gave 100% contradictory info at this location. I’ve never seen employees care less, act utterly helpless even though their job is customer service and then legitimately do NOTHING. Didn’t even act like they cared. Honestly these 2 individuals seemed incredibly annoyed I was in the store at all even before I even explained the situation. Initially the manager also claimed there were no notes in my account (patently untrue) after which he located them even after an employee from THE SAME store found them 2 days earlier. I’ve been given the runaround from this store from day I bought a phone WORST EXPERIENCE - NEVER GO TO THIS STORE / Location. I’ve never seen a customer be treated so rudely and unhelpfully - they are the absolute WORST! If this was customer service, I highly recommend both of these employees immediately seek different employment.

I had an excellent experience at Verizon thanks to Wendy!. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best option for my needs, not just making a sale. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my plan and device before I left. The entire process was smooth and stress free, and I truly felt valued as a customer. This is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Highly recommend working with her!.
