  "I want to give a massive Bravo Zulu to Katherine Paunlagui at this Verizon location. Katherine assisted my husband and me, and from the moment we walked in, we were met with professionalism, grace, and genuine care. She took the time to understand our concerns and followed through on every question without ever trying to force unnecessary products or services. On top of that, she went out of her way to find every applicable discount for us. Katherine is more than just a stellar employee; she’s a rare gem who treats customers like friends. We haven't experienced this level of authentic assistance in a long time. Thank you, Katherine!"
