Never go here for an iPhone repair. These guys have no idea what they’re doing and their customer support is even worse. They replaced my screen under warranty and three weeks later water got into my phone because they didn’t properly seal it and they would not stand behind their 30 day warranty. The manager has no idea how to even be a manager and should not be in his position.
They claimed I took a “pressure washer” to the phone. Odd it worked fine for 11 months no issues until you guys opened it.
Not to mention, I had to go there three times and on the third appointment that I made I show up for my repair that I had to wait for and they take a lunch right when my appointment was scheduled so I had to wait for them to take a lunch and then come back and repair my phone. Like don’t schedule appts when people take lunch. HELLO
Went to apple and they confirmed it wasn’t repaired correctly and Best Buy often fails at screen repairs.
SAVE TIME, GO TO APPLE the first time.

I try to avoid this location like the plague. Disorganized and low stock. Employees purposefully go out of their way to NOT help you. Usually end up driving to the Towson location instead.

Won't price match, if target has it in store, BB will argue that its not shipped and sold by target. But I can put it in my hands if I walk to their store.
Return policy is awful, if you are unsure you will keep the product dont buy. You shouldn't buy from this place anyway, Microcenter is alsuch a better place. Price match someone available to help even if they have to grab your item from tbe back.
BB you have to find the only cashier to help unlock the case. Save your hassle and just shop at Microcenter the policies are 10x better.

I would sooner scoot like a dog butt naked in the Sahara than return to this store. Incompetent management, employees who get aggravated when you just ask for help, shelves empty despite having plenty product, and a line running half way through the store because the employees would rather stand and stare than help the only register that’s open. Pathetic 0-10 do better
