    Limited selection, prices on many items are ~20% higher than ordering direct from mfg online, only some demo units work. But sometimes you just pay the penalty to get something in hand without waiting a couple of days. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    If I could give it a zero I would they definitely don't deserve to have any stars. 3 weeks ago I had a delivery of a washer and dryer well unfortunately the dryer was delivered damaged. When calling there was nothing they could do since the delivery just took place and they advised me to call the next morning red flag number one because that's so weird. Well I'm supposed to take the replacement order today and I got no confirmation so I texted Best Buy about my delivery and found out they cannot help me due to my order being under someone else's name and email at no fault of my own. It is under my address though so ok maybe I will get it. Then I'm talking to the folks over the phone because that's what text support told me to do and they are supposed to help me. Nope they refused to fix their mistakes. Now I feel like I'm stuck with major appliances and it's under incorrect information at no fault of my own and they people who caused the mistake refused to do anything about it even management couldn't help.

    I went to their store to buy a camera today. The staff member who served me was Gio. I knew nothing about cameras, but Gio was very patient in introducing their products to me and provided me with a lot of valuable information. Overall, he was very professional, patient, and friendly to customers. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends to buy electronics!

    Staff was very helpful and even though website said the product was in-stock. It was not and the gentlemen found a store closer to us for us to pick it up at.

    If I could give them no stars I would!! I am very disappointed in your geek squad and the level of service. I bought in 2 Mac books for service the beginning of December and paid the fees to get them repaired. Geek squad called me back to pick up my devices that were not repaired stating “the devices were sent to the wrong address”. In the midst of that one of the devices expired, but I had it in before expiration. I have the MacBook and they keep telling me they are seeing what’s going on with Apple. This has been going on since last month and No one is helping me. The second device was supposed to be sent back out and it sat in the store for a week and they called me to come get it. Only to realize they never sent it out. I need someone with authority to call me as soon as possible. This is very tiring and someone needs to help me get my issue resolved.
