I went in to Best Buy to purchase a certain brand of TV. Jude, a customer service specialist met me with a smile and asked what he could help me with. He directed me to the TV that I was looking for. Then he showed me a similar TV with a much better picture quality for only a $1 more. He let me make my decision on which TV to purchase and I chose the brand he suggested. It is nice to find help that is just that, help in the ever changing tech world! Thanks Jude!

Shelves were stocked for phone accessories, told me to order from Amazon.
No wonder so many places are closing. Some customers like to get out of house for shopping..

Too much talk no action with the customers. Came in and waited around the computers.The check out people should not have to leave their post to trackdown those that are standing around on phones. Please be kind to your coworkers and help your Customers.🙏 all luv and fair.

I won't be pre ordering any videos from this location anymore. I had pre ordered a video game that was supposed to come with a bonus exclusive and I did not receive the bonus. The staff there acknowledged that it has been an on going problem and when I called customer service they told me that the game didn't come with a bonus, but they flat out didn't know what to do when I told customer service that I have screenshots of the website saying that it would come with a bonus and that I saw a few people complaining about that in the store. Still, they didn't offer help at all. I only pre ordered here because of the bonus but next time I will be buying from Costco where switch 2 games are usually cheaper

It was a very unpleasant shopping experience. I had been a customer at that location for years. However, the store is not what it used to be. Now the conditions such as under staffing, and the absent presence of a store manager to problem solve issues. There were no managers available to share my poor encounter with a young person in a kiosk.
I asked if after waiting nearly 30 minutes, a sales person could assist us. We are two seniors looking to buy a TV on sale. Despite the excellent sale price on the item, it was the absolute worst customer service and I will look for another location!
Also, with only two cashiers, I had to wait in line just ask for the manager on duty. who never came to receive my complaint. There are no carts for shoppers who need options to move around the store, such as those with impairments or disabilities. Best Buy offers a wheelchair and there was only one wheelchair.
The ADA requires reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities. Best Buy, as retailer does not appear to desire special needs shoppers.
Honestly, I have lost respect for this retailer in White Marsh. Please, please, please! Choose another customer-focused location and hopefully receive a five star experience. After years of loyalty to the White Marsh location, there is no way I will continue shopping there. I felt ignored because I’m a senior person who walks with a cane and there was no place to sit except on the toilet!!!
