Yesterday I went to this Cricket location because I wanted to switch my line from T-Mobile to Cricket, and the two men there made a complete mess of my carrier switch. It's incredible how they ignored my request to process my phone using a promotional offer. They didn't even give me the iPhone 16E promotion and told me to come back. The point is, they gave me the phone accessories but not the promotion, so I returned with all the accessories. It was unfair, absurd, and stupid what they did to me. I mean, whether it's Monday or Sunday, which is today, I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this really bothered me. Please take precautions and hire more professional staff for this type of work. I hope everyone who visits this location doesn't have the same experience I did. I'm going to stick with Cricket and see how it goes.😢 the two person doing this on Saturday I think was Angel and Brian. I don’t know if they’re wrong with this person probably they are.
