- SPSondra PrettyDec 29, 20255.0I wanted to take a moment & share my experience at this store. I was greeted & helped immediately by Shane. He patiently worked with me & answered all my questions. He carefully went through my bill to make sure everything was setup correctly for adding 2 new phones. He even saved me money in doing so. Warren was helpful as well. Every employee in the store said Hello when they walked by. Honestly after reading reviews before I went… didn’t expect this service but I can say I was pleasantly impressed. I went back today to turn in my old phone & again was greeted immediately by Nate. He helped to make sure the old phone was good to go. I can’t say enough about how well this store is ran. Well done

Signed up and waited 25 minutes. Not one person finished their time w an associate and not one associate ever acknowledged I was there. Easier to shop online
- KLKristi LavignaDec 18, 20251.0I have never had an issue at this store until this evening. Monthly ,all year I have mainly come to this location to make a payment on an account (not my own). Every time an employee would take the information and tell me the total to pay on the kiosk. Simple & takes 5 minutes. This evening however, your employee, Warren, decided not to allow me to do that. I was lectured and treated like a criminal for simply wanting to pay a bill. I'm not asking for personal information. I literally wanted to pay the balance due. I would encourage customer service training for this employee! Talking down to me, and making me feel embarrassed since other employees and customers were in the store is NOT OK! I've been in customer service 24 years, and would never be as difficult, cold, uncaring, and simply rude, as this gentleman was!

In fact I think today was only 5 minutes. They were able to quickly solve my problem or help me with setting up a new phone.
