  During the ongoing outage the other day that I was unaware of until arriving at Verizon, I went there to make sure it wasn't my phone and a very rude disgusting employee by the name of Dylan responded it's a worldwide outage so if that's why you here your wasting your time . I ignored her and was speaking to another gentleman who commented on switching companies because Verizon is extremely overpriced and most employees care nothing about you but about the money they making . I commented back to the gentleman and said I agree with you Verizon is extremely overpriced and I can go back to my previous carrier or any carrier and pay no more then 60 a month for service , she stands up and says girl I don't care if you cancel or not I just work with . First off wasn't talking to you second off your at work have some respect I said alright calm down you ain't gotta get rude and I continued to stand and wait . Then she says there's another employee over there go deal with him because I refuse to help you ! I walked away saying nothing . This is the second store in 2 different counties with no respect whatsoever. The gentleman there was amazing and advised I leave a review since I'm not the first to go through it with her and she simply does what she wants leaves when she wants and allll. So this one's for you Dylan if your going to be a customer service representative you have to have respect not walk around with an attitude . Now hopefully something gets done about the employees such as you and Lakeisha from Waldorf absolutely poor customer service overpriced and there always attempting to get over on you for more money . Verizon your days are numbered my account is almost paid in full then you've lost a loyal customer of 5 years . Nasty people disgust me and I will blast it

  This place was fabulous!! No waiting, and they had the phone we wanted in stock. Ki was terrific. He was able to access my account and gave us a great deal on trade in. He transferred our information with no charge, installed the screen protector and was generally so helpful. I will never go to the California store again!

  Today I stopped in the store here at Lexington Park with a problem with my prepay account with Verizon where they didn’t credit my payment I made in the machine at the Verizon store in California MD 3 days prior. The California store was a branch office of Verizon and they wouldn’t help me when I didn’t get a text showing it paid. My account become inactive today as my monthly plan end was today (even though I paid in advance). Brandon was super helpful even though they are not Verizon owned. I showed him my receipt of payment and he called for me since my plan no longer had service to call a Verizon rep and helped me walk the rep thru the details and get my plan restored as it was an error on Verizon’s end. I would definitely go to this Verizon store (cellular services owned) location again as everyone I’ve dealt with here on all visits to the store have been pleasant to deal with and very helpful.
