  I came in today to get a new line and I was told by a young lady (if you can even call her that) that I couldn’t get my number port in unless they ran my credit to which I answer that I had called yesterday and they told me I could do it at any location for a prepaid account and she said only if we ran credit I said thanks and I walked out I called customer service AGAIN and they told me AGAIN yes you can transfer your number from a different carrier for a prepaid account. While the representative still on the phone I walk back in there I tell here what they said and she said you didn’t say that when I clearly ask for prepaid port in transfer from different carrier she got upset and started yelling to never come back to the location. While there was to other employees there and they didn’t do anything. Whoever is the manager for this location needs to show up at the store because I had terrible customer service. I was just looking to get a new line. Never again !!! DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET A SERVICE!!! THEY NEED TO GET PEOPLE TAHT ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT FOR SURE !!!

  Was at the store today and the lady that attended to me seems to be very upset! She countered everything I said, gave fake smiles every minute and was in so much hurry to have me get up and leave. Didn’t t get her name but I was there at about 1.15. Didn’t want to go to her cos I’ve seen her speak to a customer on my first day of visiting to buy my service and was very sad she was about to attend to me. She shouldn’t be attending to anyone because she’s not pleasant at all. The energy they give when you new isn’t the same given when you have a complain, service is poor and I always have sos, the lady with braces is extremely very rude and very very much unpleasant she even raises her voice giving facial looks like is that all? Now get up and leave go call customers service this is a sales department! But yet Dami saves the day per usual! But I would still leave this review here for anyone else out there- if you visiting this store ensure not to have this lady attend to you else you will have a bad day! Hint (she’s on braces and she’s very loud) she will speak to anyone in front of her so loudly as if they were miles away leaving other ppl in the room to be in your business. Not confidential at all! Just very loud.
