- CPClary PadillaJul 22, 20251.0I came in today to get a new line and I was told by a young lady (if you can even call her that) that I couldn’t get my number port in unless they ran my credit to which I answer that I had called yesterday and they told me I could do it at any location for a prepaid account and she said only if we ran credit I said thanks and I walked out I called customer service AGAIN and they told me AGAIN yes you can transfer your number from a different carrier for a prepaid account. While the representative still on the phone I walk back in there I tell here what they said and she said you didn’t say that when I clearly ask for prepaid port in transfer from different carrier she got upset and started yelling to never come back to the location. While there was to other employees there and they didn’t do anything. Whoever is the manager for this location needs to show up at the store because I had terrible customer service. I was just looking to get a new line. Never again !!! DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET A SERVICE!!! THEY NEED TO GET PEOPLE TAHT ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT FOR SURE !!!
