  Mr. Al was absolutely outstanding during my very first visit to the branch! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure I understood every single account option available to me. He took the time to thoroughly explain each service in a way that was clear, detailed, and incredibly helpful. I left feeling confident, informed, and genuinely excited about my decision. The level of professionalism, care, and world-class service Al provided truly exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience!

  Al at the Laurel store is AMAZING! He is patient and funny. He takes time to answer your questions without making you feel stupid. I had no idea about what to even ask when I went into the store. I left with answers. I returned the next day with questions and to check my understanding. He took the time to work with me again! Definitely a more educated customer now.

  This is not an actual Verizon store, it is a 3rd party retailer, Cellular Sales. Staff hid the fact they are not an actual Verizon store. Charged us for a new phone and gave us an open box phone.
