It was terrible, at first we wanted a Samsung and they gave us, motor, then a cricket. We bought the phone in the store and didn't left yet, the phone was old, used, and had lot of problems, so they brought out a better phone but I see they were trying to fix it, and they told us that once we left the stores, if phone broke or had any problem, because it was obviously old, they would not let us return, so in that stores, that we bought the phone like 10 minutes ago, they says no amd would not let us return that old phone, Fernanda was so rude, she was yelling in our face that we can't return the phone even though the guy standing next to her, Jaime was trying to told he to let us return the phone that was clearly cannot use. They were acting as if they were forcing us to keep the old phone that they gave us that we clearly don't want. The activation of the Sim card were 10$ 2 month ago and now it was up to 25$.
