Went in for some mobil displays for work. Staff was not helpful in the area. He treated us like we were bothering him. Went and found some headphones. Couldn’t find anyone that could unlock the case so we could get the headphones. We went back to aggravated person who told us we would have to wait he was busy with something else. Eventually found a person who could unlock the case. Just not easy to get what we needed or help finding what we needed. Definitely got what we went for, but only because we were patient with the personnel who worked there.

One of the few Best Buy stores where employees actually look for you and ask if you need help. I’ve visited other locations where nobody seems to care. This one stands out for great customer service.
