Really nice and helpful. I had to return a desktop I had bought online because I had found a way better computer that was on sale online. The employee was nice and helped. I did have to wait a while but it's completely fair since I know they have to check if anything is missing or broken. Took only about 10-15 minutes and I was out! They have this seating area too if you need to wait for repairs from Geek Squad and whatnot.

Very poor customer service. It took approximately 45 minutes for an associate to assist me with finding a TV for my home. I would not recommend this Best Buy due to the lack of product knowledge and overall customer service displayed. Sales representatives should remember that customers rely on them for guidance, especially when they are not technically knowledgeable themselves. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met during my visit.

Honestly if I could give the store zero Stars I would, the lack of customer service and communication that I received from the manager of the store "Barry" is appalling. The level of disrespect that he showed me and my wife who simply came into the store to find out why I had not received a phone that I had ordered in November, mind you it was now January, and I had been told that a refund was pending on my credit card which never posted. But let's get back to Barry who was thoroughly intimidated because my wife had mentioned to him his lack of communication and customer service skill which then caused him to become very confrontational and ultimately resulted in him having the police escort both myself and my wife who is disabled out of the store. Barry is a true discredit to your organization and honestly he needs to be fired immediately especially since he's the manager of the store he sets the tone for everyone else.

I was looking to purchase a new remote. When you walk in the front door there's is a person sitting at a desk asking what do you needed help with while scrolling on his phone him and PG County cop who's suppose to be security. I advised what I needed help with. The young man told me I could go to the electronic section and wait someone would help me in 10 minutes. The store was empty didn't know why I had to wait 10 minutes but I left went to Walmart there was no wait young man helped me right away. He help me purchase a very nice remote for $15.00. Won't be going back there customer service wasn't good.

One of the employees had a very smug attitude. My wife simply asked where the iPads were, and instead of being helpful, he pointed toward a logo and acted like she should already know. That’s not good customer service — if you’re asked where something is, you should get up and show the customer. What made it worse is that he was walking around doing nothing. When we asked him to retrieve an iPad so we could actually buy one, he said he had to “call someone else” rather than help us himself. The lack of effort and professionalism was obvious. This employee clearly needs retraining. Experiences like this make you question whether customer service matters at this location.
