Brought my computer in because it frozen they then said it should be back in a week , it has since been 1MONTH And 1 week and I still do not have my computer. They still don’t have updates. I have even went to the store and they can only say “they couldn’t figure it out and they sent it to Texas to another tech facility and they don’t have any contact information with that facility “ this make absolutely no sense and this is absurd that this is really going on. No one still has any information or solution. I wouldn’t take my computer here; not sure why my mother would even choose them when Micro-Center has far better service and have the decency to communicate
- RSRonald SmithDec 19, 20251.0I broke my iPhone screen and booked a Geek Squad appointment since Apple uses them as a service provider for the Bowie area. It took me over two hours to get service, even though I had a reservation. The overall store experience isn’t the worst, but the long wait times and lack of organization made the customer service terrible. I also noticed several other customers waiting just as long for their scheduled appointments. The employees who oversee the Geek Squad services had noticeable attitude problems, which made the experience even more frustrating. When I came back the next day for service, there weren’t any Geek Squad employees available at all. Overall, this was a 0/10 experience — if you have a busy schedule, go directly to the Apple Store or another authorized provider instead.
