They canceled 3 times on tvs and sound bar installation, that I already paid for when I purchase my TVs 2 days before Black Friday. Everytime I call its a hour out my life just to get the same result. They don't hold no one accountable for their lack of service and you only can get in touch with a third party customer service that clearly don't care. I wouldn't recommend any installation service from them at all.

Worst customer service ever. Purchased an auto starter with installation. My appointment was at 1030am. I showed up at 930 am at the store and the manager said I needed to reschedule because the technician called off. The next appointment they have is 2 months later. No one even have the courtesy to call me to let me know about they wouldn't be able to service my call until I get back there from a 45 mins drive from my house. Refused to offer any kind of compensation or discount. And they wonder why their business is near bankruptcy.
