I called and they’ve given me two different locations on where my computer allegedly is and then said it was a service shortage and I probably won’t see my computer until March 2026. The Geek Squad warranty is POINTLESS. They keep making you talk to customer agents who aren’t in the store and keep trying to push you to go to the store. A.I bots answering the phones which is difficult especially when trying to reach agent. These agents giving vague information due to lack of information and communication with the actual people which makes no sense how no one has clear communication. I am better off buying another computer or driving to Micro-Center. Geek Squad is absolutely HORRIBLE. They deserve no stars. Unfortunately I had to go To the store to cancel the service order due to this pointless long ridiculous wait. Never again and the warranty isn’t worth the money spent and the service is absolutely HORRIBLE
