They don't hold no one accountable for their lack of service and you only can get in touch with a third party customer service that clearly don't care. I wouldn't recommend any installation service from them at all.

I showed up at 930 am at the store and the manager said I needed to reschedule because the technician called off. The next appointment they have is 2 months later. No one even have the courtesy to call me to let me know about they wouldn't be able to service my call until I get back there from a 45 mins drive from my house. Refused to offer any kind of compensation or discount. And they wonder why their business is near bankruptcy.
