    Workers seem nice and it's close by to run and grab a few things. Alot of my PS5 preorders come damaged from this store the last I think 3 collector editions I got I ended up returning and getting from GameStop even standard copies I've gotten from here had issues before. The box is either ripped or dented from people tossing stuff around. And the response you get when returning is exactly why the stuff is damaged they don't really act like the box damage is a issue if the contents inside are fine. It's a display box to put on your gaming shelf and to keep some of the items in that come with it. I'm not paying $150+ for a game so y'all can smash it up before giving it to me. I've also preordered games from bestbuy months in advanced before and didn't receive my copy till almost a month after it's release with no resolution or explanation offered. I started buying games from Walmart, target and GameStop alot more because of this bestbuy.

    Only giving them 1 star because you are unable to give zero. Went into this location trying to purchase a Christmas gift. There are 12 units stocked on multiple tags for one price. Once I get to the register it rings up for double. After 30 mins. in store with no real help I contact customerservice. After an hour on hold I'm accused of switching the tag and hung up on. TERRIBLE PEOPLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME WITH THEM AGAIN!

    Very helpful staff for sure. Was very helpful when j came in to purchase a laptop for my business. They fix it have what I needed, but they guided me so that I could order online what I needed.

    Siendo honestos, si se programa una cita, debería otorgarse prioridad a quienes la tienen sobre aquellos que simplemente llegan sin previo aviso. Es inaceptable tener que esperar, independientemente de la cita, lo que anula el propósito de programarlas con el equipo de Geek Squad. Al llegar y preguntar, se me informó que había tres personas más programadas para la misma hora. ¿Cómo es posible agendar tres citas a las 3:40 p.m. si la aplicación no lo permite porque el espacio ya está ocupado? En resumen, este aspecto debería mejorarse, ya que es la razón principal para adquirir una membresía: programar citas para respetar el tiempo tanto del cliente como del servicio.

    I spoke to Giovanni, from Best Buy, to have my dash cam set up. I informed him, I missed the last appointment, due to it bring at 6:40 pm. I only wanted to reschedule. After waiting on the phone for minutes more, he tells me O ly my husband can reschedule. I proceed to tell him, that no one said this to me the last two times I rescheduled, why this time? He was rude and didn't seem to care. I have already paid for this service or I would not go here. People seem to think you have to do business with them. Rudeness and disrespect does not work for me. My husband is a physician and simple things I try to do myself. I explained all this to Giovanna, but it didn't matter. It didn't matter it was paid for or that I've done the rescheduling every time in the past. How else would I be able to tell him all this. Definitely poor customer service. Now, my husband has to stop seeing patients to call Brst buy to get a dash cam appointment.
