  Chose FedEx for shipping a phone to Virginia. FedEx?!?!?! What would have been 1 day by UPS Ground, is now a week, by FedEx. Stop choosing to save a nickel at the cost of happy customers.

  Had an CarPlay installed a few months back, never worked properly so I scheduled an appointment to have the installation looked at (still under warranty). Showed up early as normal and guess what, the person who was supposed to help, never showed for the appointment . So now I have a half ass installed radio and I can’t even call to complain because of this stupid AI call system that prevents me from speaking to a human. BEST BUY, your employees sick, Woodmore, with this level of incompetence, your store will probably close next. I’m still trying to get through to a human.

  0 stars I waited 30 minutes just to checkout one item. There was only one person ahead of me in line. There was an employee who just dissappeared checking eveyone out. No employee offered help as they watched the line grow longer and longer. NO ONE HELPED until I asked and they tried to act confused as to which line we were in. We clearly had items to checkout but irregardless both lines were unattended and needed help. There are no professional adults who work here all I see are teenagers or college students and I see 0 diversity. Idk if its because of the location buts its not ok.
