He was helping someone on the phone when we came in but was able to evenly prioritize both us and the other customer without being flustered. While we were completing our transaction, several other families came in and he was able to multitask and prioritize multiple people at one time without rushing anyone. He was the only person in the store. We walked out more than satisfied with our purchases and the customer service we received. Hands down the best customer service we’ve received in a very long time. I recommend coming in and working with Alvaro for anything you need at this Verizon location. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us and our 4 year old. He recognized that we were expecting and was able to give us the best deals we could get and help us choose plans and lines that worked best for us!

We unfortunately were assisted by Charles, and this was by far the most unprofessional experience we’ve ever had in our 3 years with Verizon. When I asked what we were being charged for, Charles rudely said, “I don’t know, I’m not your sales associate.” I let that slide, but throughout the interaction, his tone and attitude were completely disrespectful. When my husband asked for help transferring his phone, Charles literally huffed and puffed before helping, clearly annoyed. We later realized he was upset because another associate would get paid for the setup he was doing. Instead of explaining that calmly, he just gave attitude the entire time. When I finally asked why he was acting that way, he responded, “I didn’t know it was against the law to huff and puff.” Completely out of line and unprofessional. Charles’ behavior was unacceptable. If an employee is frustrated with their coworker, that should never be taken out on paying customers.
