  I had to purchase a new phone when I got there. The gentleman that helped me was great very knowledgeable and put me with exactly what I needed. Unfortunately I don't remember his name to give him recognition but I'm sure you have the order paper to find that out. Anyway it was the best service I've ever had with y'all he was exceptional.

  I would definitely use Russel Cellular if I knew I would be working with Branden Stewart. He explained everything in a way I could understand, all the moving parts of what would happen with my monthly bill. He knew I wanted to keep monthly cost low so he worked with me to do that. I ended up replacing my phone, upgrading a phone on my line and transfer a former AT&T customer to Verizon. Thank you Brenden, it was a joy working with you. The 5 starts above are for Brenden and NOT the store manager. However, I did have a problem with the assistant store manager. When I came in and asked for Brenden, the assistant store manager said he was not in. I said thanks and I would be back when Brenden was available. I had already started working with Brenden and I knew they worked on commission. As I was leaving the assistant store manager followed me out the door and kept asking questions about my business at the store. I kept saying thank you and that I would continue to work with Brenden. I felt this was very unprofessional, especially for a manager to try and take the commission of one of his employees. This manager also made me feel very uncomfortable with his insistence. If I had experienced this individual before Brenden, I would have left the store and taken my business elsewhere.

  Dayvon was great, we upgraded both of our phones and he was so patient and answered all our questions from start to end.
