The first cat we got a stone paw print. The second cat we asked for one and they gave us a foam one instead. On top of messing up paperwork which could have been solved with a simple phone call. They wouldn't even see my other cat just to make sure she was okay when the other one passed. There is some serious misscominication issues. I am done going to this vet. It's overpriced and unfair that we didn't receive proper customer service when they screwed up.
