Bella worked with me from start to finish. She was extremely patient, informative, and kind. She is also extremely knowledgeable about how the plans and phones work. Without getting into too much detail, she set up everything for my new phone, making sure that I didn’t lose a single thing while everything was transferred over. I hope her bosses see and read this because that young lady deserves a raise.

Isabella was the rep who helped me, and she made the entire process of upgrading to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max smooth, quick, and hassle-free. The experience was peaceful, efficient, and stress-free. Isabella is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly pleasant and respectful, which really made a difference. I was in and out without feeling rushed or confused at any point. The other rep, Thomas (I think?), was also very kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. Honestly, the service was so great that I told Isabella I’d be coming back for all my future Verizon needs, even for residential products! The only hiccup was Verizon directing me to pick up my other cable box at a nearby store, but that’s no fault of the amazing team here!
