I was so stressed out about moving and was having a terrible day honestly , but even with my foggy brain the person that helped me was amazing and I was able to move in no problems. He definitely got me in and out fast and was very knowledgeable !!!! I was very appreciative . Thank you so much

1st time at a Verizon store in Maryland and Jessie was amazing!! To be honest I had a 100 questions and Jessie was so sweet, patient and very informative! When I am ready to upgrade my phone, I am going to make the drive to have Jessie assist. 10 stars!!

When we arrived at the store, the representative who assisted us was not customer-friendly and appeared to have poor hygiene. He was coughing throughout the interaction without wearing a mask, which made us uncomfortable. When we asked about the military discount, he said the store did not offer one, but when we contacted Verizon, we were told the store could have applied the discount to our new account. He also did not seem knowledgeable about setting up the account, handling banking or autopay issues, or completing basic steps in the activation process. What should have taken less than an hour turned into almost an hour and a half because he seemed unsure of what he was doing and appeared uninterested in helping. The overall experience was disappointing and caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
