We understand waiting is normal. However, when we entered, the associate did not acknowledge us at all — no greeting or indication he would be with us shortly. While we were waiting, another couple entered the store and were immediately greeted and told he would assist them as soon as possible. This inconsistency made us feel overlooked and uncomfortable. Whether intentional or not, this inconsistency left a negative impression. I believe all customers deserve the same basic level of courtesy.
