It was determined I had a defective phone and qualified for a replacment phone under warranty. The store associate and manager (Michael and Jeffrey) spent over 2 hours arguing on my behalf with the claims department who tried to deny my claim and charge me for a new phone. In the end I had to go to the corporate store to get a replacement device but those two went above and beyond to try to help and reolve my issue. I appreciate the effort.
