    Great customer service.. Both Nia and store manager (Brandon?) we very helpful They explained about things on my new phone and iPad and answered all my questions If you need to go to Verizon store I strongly suggest this location

    Very down an unresponsive crew who didn't even know about something as basic as how changing a Google account password would lock a phone completely out. Just got a "ohh ya can't do anything about that" after being told that I could use my phone without the Google account in question like I had no idea what I was talking about.
