I am writing to share my poor, fustrating experience that demonstrate incomptetence or lack of care purchasing a Samsung Galaxy A17 5G switching from another provider.
I first spoke to Shaz last week who was so professional, knowledgeable, welcoming friendly, genuine.
He wrote down the exact price what everything would cost.
I went back to total wireless at the Valley Mall in Hagerstown, Md today Monday, Feb 9, 2026 around 12pm looking for him.
What a disappointment!
New person Bianca wasn't knowledgeable, rushed me, didn't want to help me setup my phone, couldn't answer my questions. maybe she needs more training, not to tap her fingers with impatience,
I was so upset. She didn't give me a receipt I paid almost $73 cash money. $50 bill, (2) $20's and a $5 dollar bill.
I don't know anything about the coverage, NOTHING at all.
I would like to get a receipt, returning tomorrow (Tuesday, Feb 10, 2026).
Soon as I can I definitely will be changing from total wireless.
I am going to call the corporate office put in a complaint!
Before I left the stand, had no cases to protect or screen protectors for my phone for the 17 or screen saver.
I had to purchase a case and screen protector from another place in the mall.
Guess what she was so patient, kind, very help, found a Samsung 16 case, screen protector that fit perfectly.
total wireless worker Bianca didn't even attempt to help and see if it would fit.
She called the manager Shaz and asked questions, even about the Sim card, her inability to resolve any issues..that's ludicrous. Before I could get out the mall she was on the phone with Shaz the manager..that's crazy give me a chance to leave first.
I called him after arriving at work, few times never answered.
What kind of customer service and business is that!
I will never ever refer one person to total wireless in Valley Mall, Hagerstown, MD.
