    Just wanted to send a thank you to your employer Ish. Very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my iPhone issue and knew what was wrong with it. Great service and very personable. Had a great experience with him.👍🏻

    Trust the 1 star reviews. Weeks ago I was having a problem with my custom built gaming pc. I spoke on the phone with someone who assured me a 20 minute FREEE diagnostic. When I got there the "diagnostic" was just them talking to me. An actual diagnostic cost me $100. That's whatever, but they GOT IT WRONG. After 2 weeks of zero communication after quoting me 1 single day. They finally "got the answer". They said it was a particular part of the cooling system. I had lost my trust for them at this point and took my pc to Sunrise Computers in Chambersburg. They spent 3 days working on it and completely diagnosed, fixed, communicated, and repaired my pc which had a problem with the CPU. Not only did geek squad waste my time but they would've wasted more and cost me more if I kept my pc with them. Do yourself a favor and take your stuff somewhere else.

    I called ahead of time before driving over an hour all the way there to make sure they could help with what I needed and they assured me over the phone they had what I needed and could assist and when I got there they greeted me with an attitude and did nothing and made up excuses refused to change my battery or even sell me one so I could do it myself. Wouldn't even recommend somewhere to get one. Waste of time and gas, terrible customer service. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
