He/she didn't seem to get why I was frustrated at this even after I said "I waited for 15 mins finally you come and tell me I have to wait for you to help ppl who came after me????? Best buy do better. Save the time and headache go to walmart or just order to your door! Amazon got my $150 sale instead

Tech gave me a 2 hour window before it was ready , and said he would check it out to be sure all was working before I left. On my return to retrieve my phoneHe was assisting another customer and Had no time to go over my phone with me. He assured me the phone was completely charged and no other issues. Wrong !!!!! My phone still will not charge or keep a charge. Now I must wait another two days to get an appointment at Best Buy/geek squad. I was told the tech assisting me was in training. He had called three times for an associate to come over to help . This was a very unsatisfactory experience, not at all, satisfied with service or attention to detail. Quick to sign you up, Quick to collect your money….Slow to rectify.
