When I finally did ask for help, the response felt rushed and uninterested. I expect better service from a major electronics retailer, especially when customers clearly look like they need guidance. The store was clean and well-stocked, but the lack of customer support made the experience frustrating. I got what I needed in the end, but only after wasting time searching without assistance. Overall, decent store—poor service. I’d recommend it only if you already know where to look or don’t need help finding anything.

So what do I do? CALL THEM and they say it wasn’t them that charged me a second time it was my bank. Which doesn’t make any sense. This is ridiculous and don’t do order pick up because you will probably be charged twice!

We bought a new fridge a few months ago, was assembled incorrectly, so they came and just replaced it, no questions asked and white glove service... Plus what I like, no pushy salesman..They educate and leave you be, I like that..As well they ordered some items for me and free shipped overnight to my house...I love Best Buy and open box items as well..

The staff at customer service and technicians in the Geek squad are both knowledgeable and friendly. I had questions about an older Bose surround sound system, hardwired in our house and they were able to answer all my questions and provide the new hardware I needed to pair the system with newer technology. It works great! Thank you for being awesome!
