- ASAlexander Soroka2 days ago1.0They charge $30 to transfer data between phones, they charge $40 to upgrade your phone. It's insane, why do we have to pay because we are buying a new phone? The process to transfer data to the new phone is really annoying as well, it takes a while and the automated system crashes before you can complete steps. It gives you conflictinformation. Seems like many opportunities for things to go wrong. The "live assistant" keeps resetting itself. I am 30 minutes into this process and it hasn't started yet... This location in particular had people screaming in it when I was there. Also the inventory is low at this store and its a pain in the neck having to get here and trade in your old phone. I wish we had more competition between phone companies.
