Mike took care of me not only in my exchange of fios items, took the initiative to look at my current bills and decreased my home AND mobile bills. Service like this is crazy appreciated!!

You cannot call them directly at all and every time you go in nobody wants to help with anything unless your are buying something directly from them. They will then lie about all prices and services to try and get you to sign up just to over charge. No matter what time you call you will not get an in store associate.
