As I walked in to this store today, Nov 20,2021....I was initially anxious to see if someone can take care of my computer issue. First, I asked the young man at the counter where the SD cards were located (because I needed one, he was so courteous and pointed me to the right direction. So, I went over to the computer section, and I met a tall young black man, at geek squad... who I explained my computer issues to, and that the charger I purchased from this store before the Pandemic was not charging the computer(it was a replacement universal for my original Dell charger I lost in my office. Then, he was so kind to not only put my computer on the charging dock, since he was assisting another customer before me, he went on to get his colleague ZAIN BEG, phew... this young man Zain, is an extraordinary and very talented technician he is a Pakistani Geek squad rep with absolute knowledge in hardwares, softwares....just name technology (he knows everything)For the first time in years dealing with techies ....this man is so intelligent. He took time to help me, navigate ,explain..he had patience, he smiles, he is patient. I walked out so happy and asked for his manager to share that I had the "BEST Experience" at this Best Buy store in German T, they deserve the best rating and I want to give it to them. Thank you so much Zain, I am so appreciative of your 110 percent customer service today!!! THANK YOU! I give you guys a 5 stars,I wish there is a 10 star rating too. I will go on google. Please go to this Best Buy and ask for Zain if you need any computer issue, he is the BEST!!! In general, the store is fantastic!!! Everyone I met today was amazing.
