- JQjennifer quinonesOct 6, 20251.0Extremely Disappointed!!! The staff here are ignorant, rude, and completely unhelpful. It was a huge waste of time coming here. We made an appointment, but still weren’t seen until almost half an hour later. The employees seemed like they had no idea what they were doing, and their attitude was just plain disrespectful. I honestly don’t understand how the Geek Squad is still in service if they’re going to hire people who don’t know how to fix devices or treat customers properly. Definitely do not recommend coming here.
