    On 2/3/26 I purchased a new 43" LG TV, soundbar and tabletop swivel TV stand.I paid an additional $99.99 for set-up and assembly. My salesperson was pleasant and informative. The items were delivered promptly, over the next few days, with set-up scheduled for 2/9. On install appointment day, the technician called en route to my home to verify what was being installed. When I clarified that the setup included a tabletop TV stand, not a wall mount, he refused to come, explaining that as a third-party vendor he was not allowed to perform any assembly that involved attaching a TV to a stand. I was told to call Customer Service. After several rounds of phone calls that afternoon. Customer Service claimed I was incorrectly charged and needed to pay $179.99. I sensed that BB was doing a bait and switch, and refused because I had spent sufficient time at the store during my transaction for my sales rep to verify the appropriate service charge. Within an hour BB called me back and verified that my TV setup would be done at the already paid for amount. The appointment was rescheduled for 2/13. On 2/12, just a day before tomorrow's scheduled appointment, BB Customer Service called to say they can't perform the scheduled service unless I pay an additional $80. My sales rep may have made a mistake in his calculation, however, the Customer Service Manager I spoke with on 2/9 had assured me she resolved this issue. It's very disconcerting to learn she was not properly empowered to do so. Today, I offered BB what I thought was an equitable compromise to resolve the problem: split the cost difference of the higher install charge . BB refused, and added further frustration by pushing it out my install appointment yet another day. Perhaps the store's response would have been different if I were outfitting a ManCave theater with a 75" screen and Dolby surround sound. Best Buy's blatantly unscrupulous, dishonest and extortionary business practice are very disappoointing. Caveat emptor!

    Best Delivery Service I have ever received. The young man who delivered my product went above and beyond to help me, took his time, and was right on time. Explained everything with detail and made sure the delivery was made in perfect conditions. very helpful and friendly. thanks!

    They are usually good. This time I went to pick up a tv purchased from Best Buy but through Amazon. They were very confused about the process. But it seems our team member was just not aware "that was a thing". After a manager intervened the matter was quickly solved and we were able to obtain the purchased TV without further issue. They kindly loaded it into our car as well.

    STAY AWAY from this Best Buy store. It's a total disaster. Went there on Dec. 27th 2025 to buy a very expensive KitchenAid DW from my elderly mother. Explained in Great detail that her current KitchenAid DW unit was leaking all over the place and needed the new one installed ASAP. Was Promised that their 3rd party installers would make that happen by no Later than Jan.3rd 2026. OMG was that a bunch of BS. Called 2 days ahead of time to reconfirm the dishwasher installation and discovered out of the Blue that BB decided to cancel my DW order and not even notify me of that fact. Was forced to drive back to BB in G-town since there's NO LIVE Telephone CS. Once I arrive to physically locate a BB store Mgr., I was pawned off to some young man who said he was the acting store Mgr. for the day. Right - And today I'm the new acting SECDEF because I say so. Wasn't offered any compensation for the nightmare and waste of my time and was told that BestBuy G-town decided to CXL my order because it never showed up at their local Warehouse - WTH. Do yourself a Big favor and buy your appliances at ANY other reseller BUT not at BB. They're a mismanaged disaster.
