The representative refused to sell me prepaid and repeatedly pushed me to sign up for a multi-year postpaid plan with phone payments instead. I clearly said I did not want a contract or device financing, but he kept pressuring me and would not complete the prepaid purchase. If you’re looking for prepaid service, don’t waste your time here. The time of the visit 2:30 p.m. on Monday Feb 16th.

Instead of resolving the issue, she only made things more confusing while attempting to transfer my Verizon eSIM from one phone to another. Both phones and both lines are with Verizon, yet she was completely unhelpful.
