Honestly if I’m the owner of that store I would be so embarrassed of clients have an image so bad of my store. Or even be so embarrassed having to many incompetent employees that they don’t know what they are doing, or just come to the store clock in be on their phones, or just talk to each other. I was wondering why they had to many bad reviews, and now that I experience myself I do understand, DON’T EVEN COMING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN, really though as the best company and best service, customer service would be the same, but that store in Gaithersburg and being the corporate definitely it giving a bad image to Verizon.
