I was obviously not expecting to be helped first. I did hope that the woman would be efficient and acknowledge myself, and the groups that came in behind me, as they walked in. In every other internet and phone store, I’ve seen the staff member acknowledging and helping several groups at a time. This was not the case. After waiting 30 minutes without a single word from the staff member, I was over it. I told her that all I needed to do was drop off an internet modem. She told me that I could just write down my name and email on a piece of paper, and she would be able to return it for me. I’m sorry, I waited 30 minutes to do that?! Had she acknowledged me when I walked in, I could have added my name and been on my way. I feel for the staff member because she was the only person there. What I don’t feel bad about is her inability to be efficient with her time.

It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making customers feel comfortable and valued. I’d highly recommend working with him.
