Ive broken quite a few phones ,not often will a Verizon associate go through the time and effort, Often they send you to their sim swap call center or just tell you they can’t. Promote this man … came in on 1/29 around 11!

One guy came out of the back while I was sitting there and just proceeded to sit on his phone and not once look around to see if any customers need help. He didn't look up from his phone once in almost 15 minutes. I came in to see about trading in my phone, but I guess no one there wants to do any business. Just the epitomy of what not to do in a sales roll. Staff seemed more concerned about lunch than helping anyone in the store.
